Success story 1: We have rigorous training in service and one technician in particular started changing oil and has moved up to now leading the team of 15 service technicians. People enjoy working for him because he treats everyone fairly and makes sure everyone gets help when they need it to be successful.
Success story 2: Car sales can be very rewarding for those who invest themselves into learning and their own success. One particular sales person was promoted from car sales to finance which is where the car deals get all the paperwork signed. This is a huge promotion and a very in demand position that pays very well. He has since learned to lead and manage the sales team. He continues to be very successful and is considered a very valuable team member.
We have done many food drives, christmas gift donations, charities, and sponsorships to pink ribbon foundations.
