The Bob Baker Auto Group has been in business since 1979 in San Diego. The Bob Baker Auto Group is one of San Diego County’s last Family Owned group of dealerships which we feel leads to an inviting, family feel for our employees.
We have a current Finance Manager that started out at our dealership as a Lot Attendant. Many of our employees have worked their way up the career ladder, many starting out from entry level positions.
Each of our locations is involved in different community programs per the General Manager’s direction.
