Cappellino's Culture

At Cappellino's, we take being a family-owned-and-operated dealership seriously.

We haven't grown to be the success we are, with over 50 years of doing business, without realizing that our staff members should be treated like family. It's our philosophy that their success - that your success - is just as important as the businesses'.

Cappellino's History

Charity Spotlight

The Cappellino dealerships were founded  in 1969.  What makes Cappellino’s different? We established a culture where everyone was to be treated with fairness and respect, which included both customers and each and every employee.

It makes sense, happier employees create happier customers.

And, that culture was passed down to Frank’s sons- the current President, Steve Cappellino; Vice President, Gary Cappellino and Steve’s son, Brian Cappellino who is Executive Director at Cappellino Chevrolet. How is this culture nurtured?  We help our employees grow using some of the best training programs in the industry. Our goal is to provide opportunities for everyone to grow and learn in the automotive business. They are given the right tools to perform their jobs and creative positive customer experiences.

Our employees are empowered to make decisions and “work it out” for the customer.

In fact, that’s where our marketing theme, “We Can Work It Out” starts.  Everything we do at Cappellino’s is aimed at working it out, and in the process, building customers for life.  Perhaps most important to our culture at Cappellino’s is the open lines of communication.  Our employees are encouraged to communicate any issues or concerns to their managers. Part of being happy on the job and enjoying your career is knowing that if there is ever an issue, it can be resolved. That’s why many Cappellino employees have retired after 30, 40, even 45 years with our company!
