How did you end up in this career?
I started my career in event management at a local country club where I learned a lot about the importance of elevating client experience and building relationships. When I was ready for a change, I started looking for unique jobs that would help me learn and grow in a role. I came across the marketing and events role for Carousel Motor Groups Premium Brands, a field that I had never considered before but thought it sounded challenging and interesting! After the application and interview process I was thrilled to accept and offer and begin my career in automotive. I have learned so much and can’t wait for what will come next!
What makes you successful?
My interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, and great role models.
How did you end up in this career?
I started as a part time receptionist and was promoted to full time, and then promoted from receptionist to my current role in Accounts Payable and Receivables. I worked my way up!
What makes you successful?
A strong management and HR team. I think working for a company that cares about their employees helps me want to succeed more and actually succeeding. I also just enjoy my job and my position within the company and feel comfortable with my goals and achievements.
How did you end up in this career?
I saw someone I knew from high school at the Volkswagen dealer selling cars when I dropped mine off for service and asked how she had gotten started. She said she just applied so I did as well, was hired, and have never looked back
What makes you successful?
I am driven, competitive, customer-focused, adaptable, and most importantly, can admit when I am wrong.
