Marcy Catlin
Officer Manager at Cavalier Ford Lincoln Greenbrier
Marcy started in April of 1981 as the Payroll Clerk. After being in the Payroll positon for a bit, she transferred to New and Used Title Clerk and assisted the Accounts Payable and Receivable clerk. Marcy was in this position for two years, then was offered the job as the Office Manager.
A word of advice from Marcy, “The hours can be long, but the job is very rewarding. Even to this day seeing the smile on our customers faces when they have purchased their vehicle always makes me smile.”
Paul Saltarelli
Parts and Service Director for Cavalier Ford Lincoln Greenbrier
Paul started with the company in November of 1979 and then went into the Army for 4 years. Prior to his tour in the military, Paul was a lot attendant, then Prep Tech, then Prep Manager. After his return from the Army, he started back as a Used Car Technician and began Ford’s Master Technician Program. At that time, there were about 30 people in the region that were the first group of Ford Certified Technicians and Paul was one of them. In 1996, Paul became the Service Director and in 2000 he became the Parts and Service Director.
A word of advice from Paul, “There are four sure fire ways to be successful in this organization: Show Up, Work Hard, Pay Attention, and Never Quit.”
Ken Childress
General Manager for Cavalier Ford Lincoln
Ken Childress started at Cavalier Ford as a Sales Manager in 1998. He spent 3 years in that role before he was promoted to an F&I Manager where he stayed for 5 years. He then went on to be the New Car Sales Manager for 11 years and then the Used Car Manager for 5 years. After that he went on to his current position of General Manager which he has served for 6 years.
