Clinicians offer rehabilitative therapy to patients up to seven days per week as determined by their specific needs. We provide patients with the necessary care and support to achieve significant clinical improvement when recovering from an illness, surgery or injury.
Later on the road to recovery, we offer outpatient therapy, the same familiar and reassuring faces continuing rehabilitation.
At Centre Pointe, our patients have access to a full continuum of health care services. In addition to our therapy and rehabilitative services, we provide skilled nursing services that include, but are not limited to post-surgical care, cardiac care, diabetes management, wound care, IV therapies and infection prevention and control. Our focus is on an individualized, patient specific approach to treat and also educate the patient while providing their care.
