Recognition

We put our employees first, and do so by regularly scheduled employee luncheons, which are hosted quarterly and in recognition of major holidays. To recognize excellent work, we spotlight two employees in our dealership newsletters, and always acknowledge work anniversaries during our luncheons.

Many members of our team have been with us for over 15 years, and they've always attributed to the great staff and the environment we've cultivated. 

Outings and Events

As a team, we get together for annual golf outings. We also offer our employees tickets to the Toledo Rocket basketball and football games, as well as tickets to see the Toledo Mud Hens and Walleyes.
