During the Christmas season, Desire Home Care participates in putting together boxes filled with items that are shipped throughout the world to children in need.

Additionally, bringing our team together is very important to us! We organize Town Hall meetings, BBQ parties, Christmas events, raffles, and award ceremonies with prizes. 

Advancement Opportunities

We offer extensive training and continuing education credits to ensure that our team grows in their career. One of our caregivers, Maria Hernandez was recently promoted to a front desk position!

Our promotion path is the following: Caregiver > Lead Caregiver > Office Entry Level > Care Coordinator
