We don’t all start off doing what we love. In fact, each member of the Direct Automecca team knows this all too well. Everyone made sacrifices to get here and each of us continues to share deep-rooted passion to achieve the quintessential American Dream and pursue a better life.

The same holds true for Marcio, our founder who immigrated to the United States, Brazilian-born and highly driven, he had a desire to own his own business, but first, he washed dishes and delivered pizzas. Marcio’s determination and entrepreneurial drive led to establishing his dealership in 1999. Initially focused on just selling, Marcio’s insatiable desire to learn led to a shift and re-focus- revolutionizing the company and its culture first. The undeniable philosophy that in order to successfully grow the company, he needed to treat employees like customers, and customers like employees.

We welcome first time car buyers, experienced motorists, the teenager who is eager for freedom, the single parent juggling work and kids, the immigrant family exploring this new land, and all those who view a car as a vehicle to their success. No matter their situation, we support our customers by assessing and understanding their needs and hopes, and then finding a solution that makes sense for them. For us, it is not just about selling a car, it is also about empowering individuals and families, educating and informing them, so they have more access and freedom to improve the quality of their lives. We know our approach matters because our customers give us the greatest gift of all – their trust and it’s why they choose us again and again. We have big plans, including nationwide expansion, and we’ll succeed because we have a burning desire to innovate the auto-dealership industry. We are figuring out new ways to conduct customer outreach and streamline servicing. From sales to finance, we are taking what is complicated and converting it into an opportunity for our customers to have the confidence and competence to invest in their futures. We aren’t satisfied unless we give it our all and in the process we create a remarkable experience for them and for us.

At Direct Automecca, we each have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, and an unyielding work ethic, but we also don’t take ourselves too seriously. Every day we laugh and appreciate how fortunate we are to do what we do and where we do it. We aren’t satisfied with simply doing our jobs; in fact, we know that as part of the Direct Automecca team, we are fulfilling our purpose in life.

Partners With Our Community

At Direct Automecca, we strive to be much more than a business. We are partners with our community and as an employee, you will get a chance to give back as well. We partner with many events, organizations and charities in the area and across the world!

One effort which we feel very strongly about is the Bento Rodrigues Dam disaster, which occurred on November 5th, 2015 when an iron ore tailings dam in Bento Rodrigues, a subdistrict of Mariana, Brazil, suffered a catastrophic failure causing flooding and at least 17 deaths. Many more injuries and a massive environmental impact affecting rivers, beaches, and wildlife was also felt in the area. This incident has been described as the worst environmental disaster in Brazil's history. However, the tragedy of Mariana stood as an important lesson - when people come together as one and unite in one purpose magic can happen, and working together we can do much more than unthinkbale.
