The agency is owned by one the 1st documented female Army Soldier that was deployed to Iraq from 2003 to 2005 with an Infantry Unit as Forward Surgical Nurse. She was injured by a Rocket Propelled Grenade blast which caused multiple internal injuries.
When she returned home she was denied Healthcare by the Veteran Administration of Health, spending years fighting to get care.
Her journey motivated her to fight for others so that they would never be denied healthcare.
The Agency Opened in 2013 in Warren, Ohio as a non-skilled agency and expanded its services in 2018 with skilled nursing services.
In 2019 we expanded services to serve Northeast Ohio to Central Ohio when collaborating with a surgical Vascular clinic.
We appointed a new CEO Shyrae Sharp who is an Army Officer in the Army Reserve. She is a Commander of a drill sergeant unit and has Excellent leadership skills that she uses to ensure that the Agency provides quality care and follows state regulations.

The event hosted by various businesses in the area to provide community services to Veterans and homeless Veterans. Each Volunteering business will provide free services or clothing items to all the Veterans.
We participate because we are Veteran focus agency and support Veteran community activities. This is annual event in November, but we prepare for this event all year long collecting healthcare items for the Veterans.
We encourage our staff to participate in the Veteran Standown event, walk-a-thons and Operation Immersion as a team to support various healthcare research such cancer, PTSD, Leukemia, and sex trafficking.
Operation Immersion is designed to expand the knowledge base and skills of professionals and providers who support Service Members, Veterans and their Families (SMVF). WE send a team to Kentucky to learn how Soldiers and Veterans live and are exposed to various training by staying on a military post for 4 days.
We volunteer weekly with local food pantries to provide care packages to our clients who need food but can’t leave their homes.
We have been asked by the Veteran Administration and the local food pantries to participate since 2015, because they believe that we are able to connect with the homebound and homeless community.
We have been awarded the Home Care Standard Bureau A+ rating 3 years in a row.
The HCSB grants only an A+ certification to those agencies that are willing to vigilantly uphold the HCSB Code of Standards and Ethics.
By providing a certification for non-medical home care agencies, HCSB is helping to ensure that the clients, patients and their family members are fully confident in the ability of these agencies and their employees to provide ethical as well as compassionate service while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
