Family Bridges is the only home care agency in the greater Cincinnati area which has earned the “Best of Home Care” provider of choice award each year since 2011.
The third party satisfaction research and quality assurance firm, Home Care Pulse, contacts clients of agencies who want monthly feedback from their clients in regards to customer satisfaction. The surveys are conducted on a monthly basis surveying 10% of current and recently discharged clients.
