“I began working at Fuller Dental in May 2016 as an associate dentist and have had a very positive experience in all aspects of my role in the practice. I have been treated with the utmost respect and have been given the opportunity to develop my career, rather than simply being inserted into a line-up. All of the other dentists have taken me under their wings and have done everything from helping me in a stressful procedure, to educating me on how to approach certain situations. I never feel like ‘I am on an island.’ My first year out of school with Fuller Dental felt like an accelerated residency due to all of the help, support, and patience shown to me by the other dentists and team members.
