- Performs most light repair - oil changes, tire rotations, routine maintenance.
- Learn shop procedures, help line technicians when necessary.
- Works with Sr. Master Technician to gain experience.

Line Technician (Apprentice/C Level)
- Performs all duties of the Tire/Lube technician as needed.
- Diagnoses and repairs warranty and customer pay vehicles.
- Continued factory training online and in person.
- Flagged technician - capable of producing more hours than clocked hours.
- Flat rate up to $35/hour.

New Technician Position: Mobile Service Technician
- Perform light maintenance repairs, vehicle reprogramming, and Ford recalls.
- Customer facing position.
- Mobile service vehicle provided.
- Rate to be discussed.

Line Technician (A & B Level)
- Diagnoses and repairs warranty and customer pay vehicles.
- Continues factory training online and in-person.
- B technician is capable of performing most engine repairs. Flat rate up to $40/hour.
- A technician capable of performing transmission and high-voltage electric repairs. Flat rate up to $45/hour.

Line Technician (A - Diesel)
- Diagnoses and repairs warranty and customer pay vehicles.
- Continues factory training.
- Capable of performing A Level Technician repairs as well as all Diesel Repairs as outlined by Ford.
- Increased Diesel flat rate up to $50/hour.

Senior Master Technician
- Diagnoses and repairs warranty and customer pay vehicles.
- Helps the shop with problem vehicles or communicating with Ford Motor Co engineers.
- Helps train new technicians as they come into our training center.
- Communicate with management about needs of the shop.
