About Hands and Hearts Home Care

Building a Legacy

James Moore founded Hands and Hearts Home Care in 2008 in order to provide a much-needed service for senior citizens. We have worked tirelessly to provide the highest quality home care available to allow seniors to age comfortably in their own homes. We have formed many lasting relationships with health providers, rehabilitation facilities, hospice and nursing homes among many other skilled colleagues in the industry so that Hands and Hearts Home Care is able to coordinate the care necessary for healthy and gratifying living in a familiar environment.

We started with just one Client and Caregiver on our books, with one dry erase board in an office to keep track of schedules. Fourteen years later, our Client and Caregiver lists have each grown to over 130, and we now have a permanent office building in West Columbia. It truly is a blessing to be in this business for as long as we have, and to be able to help as many Clients and Caregivers as we have over the years. James looks forward to keeping Hands and Hearts Home Care in the family as Lauren, the current Director, will take over after he retires.
