At the Dealership our Dealer Principal and management team continually motivate and cultivate a path for our employees to strive to achieve results in our dealership. We are encouraged to develop our own leadership qualities to take us to the next level, both personally and professionally. We are always looking for ways to improve our performance, streamlines processes, and to always be the most effective. We continually look for ways to engage our employees, moving them from better to best! We work on communication with our employees and our goal to our management team is to always be looking to be an inspirational leader. Our employees need to know what their expectations are and have the trust in order to move forward as possibly becoming an exceptional leader.

• Hope Lives (Women’s Breast Cancer Awareness Night) 2018 we held our 10th Annual Event. The money that has been raised stays locally and has been donated to Elsie Brooks a total of $24,800 and Impact the Cure a total of $58,960 making our total for the last ten years $83,760. Each year the event has grown in numbers. Last year 250 women attended the event.
• We support our local 4-H Clubs by purchasing animals at the county fairs.
• We support our Abilene community by providing vehicles, donating hours to help man booths, distribute flyers, promote on FB, commercials, etc.
• We are very involved in our schools.
• Reflective Vests sold at a discount price to keep our community safe, “Be Safe Be Seen You’ll Be Glad you Did!”
• Toys 4 Tots – collect and donate toys to a local program at Christmas time. Assisting to help make the holiday brighter for those less fortunate.
• Food Drive – we collect and donate food items to our local food pantry.
• Ladies Day - offering free manicures to the women while they wait for their car in serviced.
• Valentine’s Day – free flowers to all the women and refreshments are served.
• Valentine cards are available free, we will add the postage and mail for them.
• Car Show – we will be hosting our second annual car show this Spring.
• Oktoberfest – invited customers and community friends to the dealership enjoyed a meal.
• Every two months we offer a new car clinic for new car owners to understand all the features of their new vehicle.
