Here at Home Care Solutions we have a passion for providing customized care to every client who needs our services. Providing one- on-one care allows a caregiver to deliver exactly what their client needs without feeling short on time or pulled in too many directions.
We understand the challenges caregivers face and we seek to be a reliable and supportive office team, giving our caregivers all the tools they need to bring their best selves to work every day.
It starts from the very beginning with a friendly interview and hiring process, and continues with a generous two week training and onboarding process allowing you time to get to know and understand how to deliver "The Home Caere Solutions' Experience" to each of your clients. The support doesn't stop there!
Your first 90 days will include routine check ins from our Training Coordinator, frequent conversations with your Care Coordinator and as much training as you need to feel comfortable and confident providing care for your client.
