Building a Legacy
HomeWell was started in 2005 by Lou Romano, Jr., CEO and his mother (Mary Romano) and father (Louis Romano, Sr.) They started as a small office in River Edge, NJ with three employees and today they have over 350 administrative staff and caregivers. HomeWell’s success and rapid growthj allowed them to move into their own building in Hackensack, NJ in 2013. HomeWell’s expansion continued in 2017 with the opening of a Parsippany location. HomeWell is a family business that stands out from the competition by maintaining quality relationships within the industry, focusing on caregiver appreciation and retention, and providing exceptional customer experiences. We have been CAHC (Commission on Accreditation for Home Care) accredited since 2013 and are currently Accredited with Distinction.
