We are proud of the fact that our sales and service departments have been recognized by Subaru for the highest level of achievement in customer satisfaction.
Many of our employees have grown from entry-level roles to management positions, like Hailey Pearson, who started as a receptionist and is now our BDC Team Lead, and Caleb Josephson, who began as a Sales Associate and moved into a Business Manager role.
Partners With Our Community
At Jim Keras, we strive to be much more than a business and uphold the Subaru Love Promise in all we do.
We are partners with our community and as an employee, you will get a chance to give back as well. We donate time and resources to multiple organizations.
We support Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association (MIFA) by organizing annual food and toy drives.
We partner with Wolf River Conservancy to preserve our water, land, and wildlife in the mid-South.
BRIDGES, USA was our Share the Love partner for 2018-19. We were able to raise $42,133 (and none of it would have been achievable without the generous donations from our customers!).
