Our Brand History

European Wax Center was founded over a decade ago on the belief that everyone deserves to feel beautiful, not concealing who we are, but by having the courage and confidence to reveal our natural, gorgeous skin. From humble beginnings inside of their father’s hair salon, Co-founders David (Chief Executive Officer) and Joshua Coba (Chief Operations Officer) opened the first European Wax Center in Aventura, Florida. Today, EWC has grown into a lifestyle brand committed to providing luxurious waxing for anyone who wants to reveal beautiful skin. Our tremendous growth could not have been made possible without the support and dedication of each and every person on our talented team. Our franchisees, Karen and Mike, have been in the business of revealing beautiful skin since 2016!
