We take our role in the community to heart. One of the amazing privileges we enjoy is being able to show off our philanthropic work in our equipment. We put the charitable branding on the equipment and then rent it out. Part of the proceeds go to the philanthropy that the equipment showcases.
Currently, we have Booms for Breast Cancer and Autism Awareness. We also have a Mission 22 Track Loader as well as a TEAMFOX Excavator that supports Parkinson’s Research.

Each year, Leppo coworkers are invited to the annual holiday party and a summer baseball outing. To show how much we value our talent, we also have quarterly bonuses for all coworkers based on the company’s profitability.
