“Debbie Melton was hired on in August of 2014 and proved herself right off the bat. She has the most caring heart and always showed a team-oriented attitude. Debbie started out as a caregiver and we soon realized she needed to be in a supervisory role so she was promoted to Care Supervisor. She had many compliments and so many so that our clients wanted her as their everyday caregiver because they were so pleased with her personality and her work. From there, she continued her way up the ranks to the Scheduling Supervisor role where she handled and maintained the schedule and stayed in continuous contact with our caregivers and clients. Debbie is now the Team Manager where she oversees the schedule and does our hiring. Montebello Home Care loves to promote from within our company any chance we get and Debbie is prime example of how we do so.”

Montebello Home Care has volunteered at local facilities throughout South East Texas. We have provided and served ice cream to residents at a local Assisted Living facility and Nursing Home. The residents loved having a sweet treat and seeing our smiling faces. Mark, the owner, has brought our dogs to visit residents at local facilities and they absolutely loved it! He still has people ask how our dogs are doing and when they'll see them out again. Montebello Home Care has donated and participated in the Harbor Foundation Butterfly Release which promotes education to patients, their families and the community, to assist bereaved family members and other charitable acts.
