Piedmont HomeHealth provides in home care for people in Forsyth and Guilford counties, and surrounding areas. Founded in 1970 in Winston-Salem as City Nursing, for 45 years our commitment to providing honest, caring, dependable care has remained strong. In 1994, City Nursing was bought by Bob Coil, a former vice president of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Bob was looking for a second career that would give him the opportunity to help people. When he purchased the company, City Nursing had just a handful of clients and about a dozen caregivers. He devoted himself to growing the company with a goal of providing exceptional care to as many people as possible throughout the Winston-Salem area. Today Piedmont HomeHealth serves over 50 clients and has more than 125 caregivers on staff and has expanded beyond Winston-Salem to include all of Forsyth County and parts of Guilford County.
