RV Retailer University is a program that will educate every participant on the best practices to ensure success in any role within the company. These structured and very interactive classes are designed to challenge, inspire, and grow all participants while providing expert and peer knowledge.

This program will define the Service Manager role through the eyes of RV Retailer. Subject matter experts will provide the best practices for effective communication, staffing/business forecasting, and creating effective action plans to achieve business goals. The highly interactive class will allow you to sharpen your skills for everything from defining/coaching proper diagnosis techniques to ensuring work/customer environment is held to the RV Retailer standards of excellence.

This program will help define the skills needed to execute the daily customer service and sales functions in order to becoming a successful Service Advisor. From time management to overcoming objections to the roles sales plays in the art of advising, this highly interactive program will prepare you for shaping the best consumer experience.

This program will cover multiple areas of the needed skills & knowledge to become a skilled technician and meet RV Retailer’s expectations and quality of work. Subject matters include: How to Complete Basic Diagnosis, Appliance Knowledge, RV Maintenance and much more.

This program will provide you the RV Retailer best practices for working through the sales process. You will learn the best tactics to for customer follow-up, product walk arounds, handling objections, the proper way to perform a needs assessment, and so much more. This interactive program will allow you to learn how to create the best customer experience directly from the most successful RV Retailer managers.

This Program is designed to give our associates a hands on opportunity to equip themselves with the tools needed to have a successful career in the RV industry and a bright future with RV Retailer. This Program is comprised of a growing library of individual courses and training tracks designed to help you introduce, nurture and master the applications of the best practices in sales, finance, and team leadership.

This series will provide RV Retailer’s best practices in managing the daily operations for any of our locations. Learn from our panel of experts in areas of fixed and variable operations, digital and traditional marketing, and FI. Learn the best practices in staffing and training that will provide great work culture. You will leave this series with the necessary tools and network of current and future GMS to drive toward a successful career as a location operator.

This program is designed to provide associates with an in-depth understanding of financials through hands-on learning. In addition to financial acumen, associates will be immersed in the core values, culture, mission, and vision of RV Retailer while developing an understanding of how to be an effective and positive leader. In this program, you will learn best practices for building and developing great teams.

This series is comprised of high skilled and hard working leaders within our technician and service manager departments nationally. Mentors will be taught the best practices for in person and virtual education for RV technical service work and customer service standards while maintain all of RV Retailers Core Values.

This program is designed to provide development opportunities for our associates who live and breathe the core values every day and have leadership potential, while also providing support and guidance to new hires at your dealership. Ambassadors have an IMPORTANT role in making sure new associates are immersed in the culture and feel connected and accepted. They are expected to be a great communicator, help new associates build a network, be positive, make new associates feel welcome, and be an example of our core values and culture.  Participants will gain an understanding that everyone can be a leader and that leadership is really about influence. They will be immersion into the core values, culture, mission, and the vision of RV Retailer.  Participants will also learn how to be a positive leader and help create a culture of positivity and gratitude at your dealership with new associates, along with an understanding of why effective onboarding is more important than ever, what successful onboarding looks like and how to be a great Ambassador within the onboarding program.  This program also teaches what a world-class customer experience looks like, how they can help you drive that in their store and how they can drive that with new hires.
