Our Culture is One of a Kind

We partner with many organizations, charities and events across North Carolina which help the people in the community that we love to serve!

We Are Making a Difference!

Each and every day, we try to help our community in any way possible. We partner with Angel Tree, The American Cancer Society, The American Red Cross, March of Dimes, MDA, the Matthews Chamber of Commerce, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks are the largest network of breast cancer awareness events in the nation, uniting communities with a shared determination to help free the world from the pain and suffering of breast cancer. We help raise critical funds that enable the American Cancer Society to fund innovative research; provide free, information and support to anyone touched by breast cancer; and help people reduce their breast cancer risk or find it early when it’s most treatable.

Together, we can ensure that no one facing breast cancer will ever have to walk alone.

Toyota Express Maintenance (TXM) Program

We are part of this program with Toyota which focuses on our ability to perform routine maintenance competitively and in a timely manner at an affordable cost and to recruit entry level technicians, train them on the basics & hopefully promote through the process until they become Master Diagnostic Technicians (Toyota’s Top Level Tech).

There are two levels to the program. Basic is the “entry level” and/or student level. Most people in this category have limited to ZERO automotive repair experience. They possess the desire to become automotive technicians and through a vetting process we feel like they have the necessary skill set to start the process. The Basic techs are paired into teams of 2 and work under the very close supervision of the TXM manager (an experienced veteran technician) and only allowed to do the very basic of services. (oil change, tire rotations, wipers & air filters). The Basic position is often filled with individuals in a technical training school/program like is offered at most Jr. Colleges. The student splits their time between school and working at the dealership. As these individuals gain knowledge and experience and demonstrate the desire to advance they are considered for promotion. These individuals will be required to become “Toyota Maintenance Certified” by taking a series of web modules.

The TXM Advance technician is an individual that has progressed from within our system after demonstrating the proper skill set and the desire to advance. With that in mind we also will hire someone into this position that already have the necessary skill and training. The type of worked performed by a TXM Advance tech are maintenance items such as mounting and balancing tires, brakes, tire repair, fluid exchange services and some light mechanical repairs. These individuals will be required to maintain “Toyota Maintenance Certified” and begin taking a series of technician training web modules and obtaining ASE certifications in Brakes and Suspension.

Once an individual has been promoted out of TXM to the main shop they will be placed on a Lateral Support Team under the supervision of a lead tech. These individuals are required to maintain ASE & Toyota Web certifications and will be considered for outside training allowing them to progress to a Master Diagnostic Technician.

Our goal is to fill every technical position from within!
