The Monteith Group is an affiliated agency with Symmetry Financial Group. Kishon Monteith has been partnered with Symmetry since 2012 but has been in the insurance industry for several years before joining Symmetry. The system and culture at Symmetry has allowed Kishon to build a large organization that has seen substantial year over year growth since 2012.

Zack Little: Once upon a time, Zack was working 7 days per week and experiencing a decline in overall mental and physical health while owning a concrete business. He then made the switch to insurance by joining us, and now operates his own 7 figure agency while getting to live life on his terms.

Christie Miller: Before finding us, Christie had worked in various industries, with a big focus on sales, but finally found herself in a career that, while bringing her good pay, was taking up all of her time. Being a single mother, this lack of time outside of work just wasn't acceptable, and thus began her search for a career with just as much promise, but more freedom of time. Soon after that search began, she found us and Symmetry and hasn't looked back since, getting to build a business for her and her family while simultaneously getting to travel and spend more time with her children.
When asked about what excites her about her future with us and Symmetry, Christie said, "Being able to build a business that I can leave as a legacy to my children, who would then be able to continue to build that business and leave a legacy to their children."
Dan Stassin: Dan made the decision to leave his career in ministry and join Symmetry when he realized that he wanted to take his desire to make an impact to the next level. While Dan struggled at first, the Symmetry System eventually allowed him to make strides in his journey to success, getting him to where he is now: a Key Leader for our organization who is already starting to build his own organization.
