History and Vision
Since Lou Jones opened the dealership in 1972, we've steadily grown to one of the region's best dealerships, regardless of brand, and we now boast over 350 employees! We've won the President's award for the past 26 years, which demonstrates our ability to effectively serve our customers on a yearly basis. Since we opened our doors, we've opened a used car lot and a collision center in 1984 and a parts center in 1996. More recently, we've expanded our used car lot to 4.2 acres in 1998, we opened new corporate offices in 2002 and we added a new service and parts department in 2008!
Beyond our expansion, we've also reached many key milestones including being named as a recipient of the Board of Governor's Award, receiving the President's Cabinet Award 4 times and becoming the largest Toyota dealership in terms of parts inventory and service volume in San Diego County!
Our Vision is to become the leader in the automotive sales and service industry. Along the way, we want to be recognized for our accomplishments and our meaningful contributions and for the exceptional value we deliver to our customers, our employees, business partners and our community. Finally, we strive to be in the forefront of change in our industry by modeling high standards of honesty and integrity in our working and business relationships.
