For instance, we regularly celebrate our employees through group outings, cookouts, holiday parties, service awards, and community events, among others. We take pride in cultivating our relationships with technical schools in the areas we operate. It’s not uncommon to see our interns graduate and then get hired on board as a full-time employee.

By the Hand Club for Kids is an after-school program with an emphasis on academics and a commitment to nurturing the whole child - mind, body, and soul. Vermeer Midwest was able to support By the Hand on this day by demoing a playground that had been on campus for over 15 years.
We donated $7,500 to Brace for Impact 46. We also held a meal packing event in which we had great participation and enthusiasm. Fifteen team members volunteered and packed 86,000 meals for children living in Haiti!
