I started here in February 2004 as the receptionist/ Payment clerk, now we are in October 2018 I am the finance manager and part of the company’s Management Team. I have learned all aspects of the company and how it functions.
I started with White Mountain Auto in 2011 as the bookkeeper. My responsibilities have grown to include HR and Payroll and many other important administrative duties and special projects. This has allowed me to learn many aspects of the 'Buy Here Pay Here' business. I am now also part of the White Mountain management team!
I am employed by White Mountain Auto Broker, I started on April 1st 2003 as a Reconditioner, a handy man and a truck driver. For 3 or 4 years I drove the 3 car rollback hauler to our dealerships and to auctions to pick up vehicles, the owner (Brian Lee) identified that I had more capabilities and I moved up to transportation manager to oversee the trucking department. White Mountain then developed a salvage and body shop for which I was asked to oversee as well! Along with these duties I acquired the safety department. During the course of my 15 year tenure, I have learned a lot from WMAB and the people that work here. I am now a member of a 4 person Management Team that oversees the entire operation.
I first came to WMA in 1995-1997 and was a technician and left as the lead technician and service manager. I left to pursue different avenues. I returned January 2007 as the salesman for the main office. I have evolved in the company by becoming the Sales Manager and Service Manager for all four locations. I am part of the Management team as well.
