About Our Company

Our Team

Our History

In 1936, William J. Daub, II and his brother-in-law, Thomas M. Brown left their respective jobs at Easton Water Works and General Supply Company to open a Chrysler-Plymouth dealership on Butler Street in Easton. Mr. Daub’s sons, John and Andy, joined the company in 1965 and 1966. In 1994, Andy’s son, Tom, began working in the dealerships while attending college. He began working full-time in the dealerships in 1998 and continues to lead the company today.

Brown-Daub has grown into 6 stores with a truck center and a body shop, but our dedication to serving the customers and the community started at the company’s inception. We encourage and empower our employees to do the right thing, we promote from within, and we provide continual support of the community through our Brown-Daub Charities program, our annual United Way Campaign, and by offering other volunteer opportunities and events.

Our Culture

Our Leadership

Each of our stores has its own culture and plans events throughout the year to bring their employees together accordingly. Some stores do weekend family picnics, some do potluck luncheons, some do Halloween costume contests, some cook their employees breakfast, while others just have daily impromptu bonding, like all company birthday messages and cake.

Additionally, annually the ladies of Brown-Daub form a team and walk in the Women’s 5K Classic in the Lehigh Parkway in support of breast cancer. Also, one store rallies behind its manager who “blings a bra” every year and models it to raise money for cancer awareness.
