The Brown-Daub family of dealerships was born in 1936 with one dealership located on Butler Street in Easton and the vision of two great men – William Daub and Thomas Brown. Now in its third generation of leadership, Brown-Daub has grown into six dealerships with eight new car franchises, a commercial truck center and a body shop.
We use the slogan “Reputation is Everything” because we stand behind our work and pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in the Lehigh Valley.
Frank joined the Brown-Daub team in 1974. He was hired to clean and detail cars, which he did for quite some time, but he aspired to work in the sales department. Through hard work and dedication he eventually earned a position as a salesperson.
Through his stellar performance he worked himself up through the ranks into the roles of Desk Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and then he became a Partner. He has been instrumental in the success of the Brown-Daub dealerships and continues to consult for all the dealerships today.

Tom Flamisch is a Service Technician who started his career fixing vehicles in 1971 and joined Brown-Daub in 1974 when we bought the Chevrolet dealership in Nazareth. Tom has seen the peaks and valleys of the industry over the years, but continues to learn and grow each time a new vehicle model is released. He appreciates the training that he receives and believes the technology in the vehicles is what keeps his skills sharp. He also enjoys the clean, safe working environment Brown-Daub provides.

Brown-Daub has deep roots in the Lehigh Valley, with strong ties to Easton, Nazareth, and Bath. We support many local organizations by sponsoring events, giving raffle prizes, and serving on committees.
On a corporate level, Brown-Daub has a grant program for local non-profit companies called Brown-Daub Charities. We donate a portion of every car sold throughout our dealerships to a local non-profit organization who completes the application and fulfills the requirements. We have an employee committee who meets quarterly, views each application submitted, and votes on which organizations receive the money. To date, Brown-Daub has given over $134,000 to help organizations in the community where we live and work.
On an employee level, Brown-Daub runs a United Way Campaign annually. We encourage our employees to donate through payroll deductions to help the residents of the Lehigh Valley in need. For the past 10 years in a row, Brown-Daub has reached the Cornerstone level of giving – raising over $100,000 each year through employee giving. Additionally, Brown-Daub offers employee volunteering opportunities through the United Way Day of Caring. Employees are paid for the day and spend time working at area non-profits doing painting, gardening, cleaning, and anything else that is needed.
Additionally, the ladies of Brown-Daub gather annually to participate in the Women’s 5K Classic in support of breast cancer awareness. While we have participated in this walk for many years, it recently has become a personal mission to Brown-Daub since we lost one of our own long-time employees to breast cancer.
