This nationwide non-profit helps over-the-road semi-truck drivers and their families when an illness or injury, occurring within the last year, has caused them to be out of work. The SCF also provides health and wellness programs for drivers in hopes of preventing illnesses, including Rigs without Cigs, Driving Down Diabetes, and Driven to be Healthy.

The Chicago Polar Bear Club is a non-profit organization that hosts an annual "Polar Plunge" fundraising event each January. The proceeds support a select set of families, who need help to cover medical expenses, find a safe home, care for extended family, etc. So far, they have raised over $440,000 dollars, organized 19 plunges, and have had 4,100 participants.
