About Eide Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Our Core Values

At Eide Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we are looking for individuals who are team oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have an ability to provide great customer service. We have a strong belief in our Core Values and we want individuals who share those values.

Honesty & Integrity - We make decisions based on what is right. For the customer and for our employees.

Teamwork - We work together as a team. Our sales staff help each other; our departments help each other. The goal is to take care of the customer and it takes a team to do that.

Attention to Detail - Every detail matters, no matter how big or small. Whether it’s the perfect alignment of the vehicles on our lot, the quality of our website, the customer’s sales experience or getting the job done right the first time in our Service Department. It matters and it is important to us.

Genuine Respect for People - We show respect for our employees, customers & anyone else we cross paths with. We appreciate the customer’s time & opportunity to earn their business and the time investment our employees make in working for our company. We honor both by showing unconditional respect & appreciation.

Personal Growth - Our employees are held to high standards for performance & customer satisfaction. We expect a lot but give great opportunities for personal growth through community or charitable involvement and professional advancement within our organization. We want to be the best, and we want employees who share that vision.

Partners With Our Community

At Eide Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we strive to be much more than a business. We are partners with our community and as an employee, you will get a chance to give back as well. We partner with many local organizations, charities and events with the goal of supporting our local community and the less fortunate. Earlier this year, we sponsored the Wounded Warriors Project which gives back to veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families.

We are also a sponsor for the annual Bismarck/Mandan Chamber of Commerce dinner, we participate in the annual October charitable drive for breast cancer at the Bismarck Cancer Center and we help out with the Great Plains Food Bank each year!
