We are honored to have teammates with 20 and even 30 years of tenure. We take pride in our employee retention.
Yet we love new teammates! They bring new ideas, talent, and diversification to the FMI family. 23% of our teammates have been with us for 12 months or less. We continually add new positions to accommodate our growth and assure we maintain our customer service levels.

FMI has been supporting the Portland Police Bureau’s Sunshine Division since 1985. The Sunshine Division provides food and clothing relief to Portland families and individuals in need. Each year we provide the Sunshine Division with 6-10 trucks, along with 2 volunteers per truck, for the annual holiday food delivery. Last year, FMI volunteers delivered over 200 food boxes to those in need in the Portland metro area.
We also sponsor the Sunshine Division’s annual golf tournament and donate food to their food pantry. FMI supports the various charity organizations our teammates are involved with by participating in toy drives, auctions, charity motorcycle runs, and food and clothing donations.
