"I started at Fred Martin Superstore as a young woman, new to the automotive industry. I had bounced around jobs since nothing held my attention or really interested me and was in college for a Criminal Justice Degree. I started in the call center, talking to customers about cars, nothing too exciting, I thought. As I spoke with more and more customers, helping them find their PERFECT vehicle I was loving it more and more each day. Helping someone with one of the most important purchases of their life, finding them something they fell in love with AND getting paid to do it? This was awesome.
Over time I got better at helping customers and assisting them over the personal hurdles they had with buying a vehicle and I wanted more. I wanted to teach other people how to speak with customers the way I did, how to be the best they could be and how to evolve in the ever-changing automotive industry and I wasn't shy about it. Over time I was promoted to assistant manager and later promoted to department manager. Ten years later I have a room with the brightest goal chasing employees anyone could ask for and an amazing array of co-workers. Fred Martin shows that the greatest careers are often where you least expect to find them!"

I have been in the Collision industry for over 20 years; I enjoy helping and servicing customers as well as experiencing firsthand the process of how a vehicle is repaired that has been damaged in an accident.
