Founded in 1975, The Haldeman Auto Group has set a standard for top tier personal service. In a place where customers are names and not numbers. With the feel of a local “mom and pop” shop, we have been intertwined with the community for years, with our educated staff and our A-1 service department.
It is one thing to hear about auto dealerships retaining business from previous guests, but it is another to hear that even after acquiring Potter and Hillman Ford, former guests to continue to visit, purchase, and love the dealership even more for the last two decades. More importantly, retaining a customer base is very difficult for any dealership; however, retaining the same sales and service force speaks volume.
Since November of 1975, Haldeman Ford has been selling and servicing the vehicle needs of Mercer County and beyond. During those years, many facility improvements and upgrades have taken place to better serve the many customers that continue to do business here. Recognized as a complete dealership, Haldeman Ford offers all services relative to your vehicle. From our state of the art diagnostic equipment and our laser measured alignment technology, to our dual downdraft paint booths that will restore that factory paint finish.
There is no better measure of success than continued growth in the community. The Haldeman Organization continues to grow only because our customers continue to patronize our stores. Recognizing that our customer is the reason for our success, the Haldeman Organization is actively involved in many community enhancement endeavors. From supporting and employing people with disabilities, sponsoring the local Hamilton Little League team, fund raising for disaster relief with the Red Cross, team Haldeman gets involved. It's good to give back to the community and support necessary causes.
Haldeman Ford is a previous recipient of Ford Motor Company's President Award for Sales and service. We have been voted for years as Mercer County's Auto dealer of Choice.
Our employees support Community Options which is a nonprofit providing housing and job support for people with disabilities. Last year we contributed over $40,000 to this worthy cause.
We have been proudly serving our local and tri-state community since 2001.
For decades the auto industry has been painted with an unfavorable stigma of negative customer relations and undisclosed secrets. Haldeman Ford of East Windsor has shattered those expectations for the past 18 years with transparency and top tier personal service. Founded in 1975 the Haldeman Auto Group has set a standard ever since. In a place where customers are names and not numbers. With the feel of a local "mom and pop" shop, we have been intertwined with the community for years, with our educated staff and our highly positively reviewed service department. It is one thing to hear about auto dealerships retaining business from previous guests, it is another to hear that even after acquiring Potter and Hillman Ford, former guests continue to visit, purchase, and love the dealership even more for the last two decades. More importantly retaining a customer base is very difficult for any dealership; however, retaining the same sales and service force speaks volumes. In fact, as our Mission Statement reads, "we're big enough to serve you and small enough to know you".

There's something fun for everyone.
While Automobiles are our product, Haldeman Lexus is truly in the Hospitality Business. We provide a quality product at competitive pricing, but really our greatest strength is our people. Every day, we have customers who visit the store that have come back to the same sales associate or service advisor for years. We have many guests who just stop by to see everyone like they are visiting family or friends. For every “bad story” you hear about the car business, I can point out dozens of our customer who hug our associates when they leave, bring food or small presents when they arrive, and invite our associates to their own family functions.
The Haldeman Family has been serving the Mercer County/Lower Bucks County communities since 1975 and providing quality high paying jobs for our associates for just as long. We have associates who have worked with the organization for over 25 years (at lexus, over 40 years at Haldeman Ford). We have a long term stable workforce that provides the best in customer service.
Haldeman Lexus has been in business since 1989 (Lexus’ Inception); The Lexus Brand was conceived in 1986 and committed to finding the finest dealer network in the industry to represent what they planned to be the finest brand in the industry. They selected two hundred of the best dealers in the country to launch their brand in the US. Allen Haldeman was one of those initial dealers. We started off in a 3 Car Showroom with 50 parking spots in the Mercer Mall with only 2 models to sell (LS 400 & ES 250). Lexus had tremendous growth right from the start and now has 11 models that cover every segment of the luxury marketplace. In 2001, we move to a brand new 11 acre facility on Business Route #1, in 2006 we expanded with a new 12 bay shop with additional detail facilities, and in 2017 we added an additional 120 parking spots for our expanding inventory.
Haldeman Lexus has earned the Prestigious “ELITE OF LEXUS” award from Lexus for 21 years. This award recoginizes the best of the best of the Lexus dealerships. This is not an award that is won, it is “earned” each and every day by our wonderful associates who do such a great job delivering a truly personal experience to each of our guests.
The list of local charities that Haldeman Lexus Supports is a long one, but some of the highlights include: The Lexus Champions For Charity Annual Golf Outing, St. Francis Hospital, Knights Of Columbus, Lawrence Public Schools, Sypek School, Kiwanis Club, Trenton Food Bank, and much more....
