Ken Ruch
We consider every Team Member a success story, that’s why they are a part of the Haldeman Family. A couple of stories that rise to the top reflects the career of our current General Sales Manager, Ken Ruch. Ken has been with the group for a decade. When Ken first started, he was employed as a Lot Attendant. He would clean cars and keep the lots in order, but it wasn’t long until a young aspiring Ken got his foot in the door to become a Sales Consultant. Led by years of success and multiple awards, Ken was promoted to Finance and Business Manager. To no surprise, Ken excelled in another field of the dealership. With such a natural ability to lead a team with years of experience and an understanding of various positions in the dealership, Ken was appointed the General Sales Manager and since then the Sales Department has never looked back.
Rob Dougherty and Sean Halleran
Most auto dealers would count themselves lucky, if they had one Master Diagnostic Technician. Haldeman Lexus is proud to have two on our team. Rob Dougherty and Sean Halleran both started at Haldeman Lexus as apprentice technicians in 2006. They both quickly excelled in the high-tech world of Lexus Automobiles. Both went on to achieve all of the ASE certifications and then moved on to become Master Diagnostic Technicians (Di-Tech). Rob & Sean can often be found assisting other techs in fixing a problem or test driving with a customer to help identify a concern that is hard to diagnose. Not only are they Master Di-Techs, but in 2018 they were recognized as 2 of the top 10 Di-Techs in the Lexus Eastern Area, so they are truly the best-of-the-best-of-the best.
Jon Sanchez
Jon Sanchez started as a car washer/detailer at Haldeman Lexus in 2011. He then moved on to a service valet, a product specialist and then sales associate. Jonathan is now a Master Certified Sales Associate. Jonathan is a valued member of the Haldeman Lexus team. He works hard and diligently to deliver a Truly Outstanding experience to all his guests. In his off time, Jonathan is into physical fitness and loves traveling the world.
David Dougherty
Haldeman Lexus General Manager, David Dougherty, started with the organization in 1992. While pursuing a philosophy degree at Trenton State College (now TCNJ), he started as a part time product specialist/car washer/receptionist and upon graduation, came on board full time. David has held every position in Sales: Sales Associate, Finance Manager, Used Car Manager, New Car Manager, and General Sales Manager. In 2018, upon the retirement of Brian Bennett, David took over as General Manager. David looks forward to the challenge each day brings, as an opportunity for the dealership. He enjoys woodworking, traveling, and lives in New Hope with his wife, Melissa.
Hristo Stoykov
Hristo Stoykov emigrated to the US in 2000. He started out as a car washer at Haldeman Lexus that year, eager to enjoy the fruits of the American Dream. Today, he is our Pre-Owned Manager and just posted a year over year increase of 19% in the used car department from 2017-2018 to 2019, and is off to a great start with a 20% increase over 2018 in the first quarter. Hristo lives in Robbinsville and you will find him enjoying his time off with his friends, his wife Kalina and their two daughters.
Tara Hollowell
There are a whole lot of customers who return time and time again to Haldeman Lexus Service Department, not because we do a phenomenal job (which we do) but because of the love for Tara Hollowell. Tara (a.k.a. Dimples) has been with Haldeman Lexus since 2003 and has one of the most loyal followings of any of our associates. If you have any questions about Lexus safety, talk to Tara. Unfortunately, a few years ago, Tara was in a serious accident that totaled her beloved GX 460, but Tara credits her survival to the safety that Lexus builds into every one of their products. Fortunately, we found a new shiny GX for Tara to fall in love with, all over again.
With a variety of community service and volunteering, we enjoy going above and beyond when given the opportunity.
The Haldeman Organization is actively involved in many community enhancement endeavors. From supporting and employing people with disabilities, sponsoring the Local Hamilton Little League Team, fundraising for disaster relief with the Red Cross, Team Haldeman gets involved. It’s good to give back to the community and support necessary causes.
At Haldeman Ford and Subaru, we participate in a variety of events, from Highstown RISE Christmas Toy Drive, to East Windsor Police Golf Outings, sponsoring the local Trenton Thunder Baseball team and many, many more.
The list of local charities that Haldeman Lexus supports is a long one, but a testament to how involved we are with our community. Some of the highlights include: The Lexus Champions for Charity Annual Golf Outing, Trenton Food Bank, St. Francis Hospital, Knights of Columbus, Lawrence Public Schools, and much more!
