Martha migrated from Columbia and has been working at Home Concierge for over three years as a Personal Support Worker. Martha is also bi-lingual in English and Spanish which provides the option for her to converse with members in either language. Martha is a big supporter of our magic moment program and takes the time to ensure that her members have a positive experience. She enjoys sharing her love of reading and music with her members.

Lauren is a recent graduate from Western University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational studies with a specialization in Human Resources. She was exposed to recruitment as a career during these studies. She was introduced to Home Care when her family were navigating their own care journey and chose to join Home Concierge where she could leverage her personal experience, H.R knowledge and customer service skills to hire and onboard new talent.

Gabriella Graduated from Sheridan College where she studied Human Resources. Since graduating, she has spent 10 years in the Senior Living space where she has held different roles under the Human Resource umbrella. Her experience as a learning and development coordinator provided insights into the skills and behaviours required to be a quality care provider and she leverages those insights and her H.R knowledge to identify, hire and retain top talent.
