Home Concierge empowers seniors to live at home on their own terms. Each member receiving care support is provided with a personalized team to meet their specific needs, led by their concierge partner. What makes us different is that we create relationships not transactions. The seniors requiring support are members not customers and they are supported by team members, not staff. Each of our team members is encouraged to provide 'magic moments' with the members that they support.
