Our Sales team is comprised of Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Sales Assistants, and Sales Administrators, all of whom play a crucial role in preserving our success in the automotive industry. Candidates interested in a Hudson sales career should have a Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience and training.

If you are a Hudson Technician, you're happiest with a car in the bay and a tool in your hand. Our technicians are busy and productive because we stock one of the largest parts inventories of any dealership. The most commonly used parts are stocked right on the floor, close at hand in our well-lit, air-conditioned service centers.

We believe in rewarding excellence with financial incentives for production, and we provide all team members with multiple, paid training opportunities. We are looking for Technicians who will be enthusiastic about growing professionally, with opportunities to manage their own teams, and help us deliver exceptional customer service.

Our Parts Specialists are vital in maintaining our efficient and effective relationship with our clients. Because Hudson services such a large number of cars daily, our Parts Specialists have an immediate impact on the client experience and business efficiency. Our Parts team is expected to maintain exceptional performance in order to deliver the service our clients expect from the Hudson brand. 

In order to maintain an unparalleled client experience through the service relationship with our clients, it is essential that our Parts Specialists are skillful, up to date, well-informed, and knowledgeable. Here at Hudson, our first priority is providing clients with both excellent automotive purchase and ownership experiences, and our Parts specialists are crucial in achieving this goal.

The Hudson Support Team plays a critical role in our success by making sure our company functions smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. Positions within the Support Team include corporate positions such as Marketing, IT, Human Resources, and Organizational Excellence, as well as dealership-level support staff such as Business Development Center, Accounting, File Clerks, Valet, and Reception, all of which help keep the company accessible and effective.

 Every member of our Support Team is held to a high standard to keep our structure polished and our productivity maximized. Team members should be well-educated, have strong communication skills, and have a solid background in their field to optimize our efficiency and provide an outstanding client experience.
