Gregg Kunes, President & Owner (Dealer Principal) Gregg grew up in Oak Lawn, Illinois in a large family, and started his career in his father’s car dealership. After working for his dad for a number of years, Gregg had the opportunity to acquire his own dealership in 1997. Since then, the Kunes Country organization has grown to 35 total dealerships across Illinois and Wisconsin. In addition to being the sole owner of Kunes Country, Gregg is the managing partner of the historic Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin, a partner in the Amazon fulfillment company, Geneva Supply, and has significant real estate holdings.
Gregg, however, is probably most proud of the impact his businesses are able to have in the communities they serve, and to ministries across the globe. Gregg’s dedicated to tithing from every business entity, and, through the Kunes Family Foundation, is able to give over $1 million annually to charities, churches and ministries, focusing on helping people in need and building their lives. Gregg and his wife, Debbie have been married for 40 years, have 7 children and 10 grandchildren.
