About Mills Auto Group

Building a Legacy

At the Mills Automotive Group, we’re united by a passion for cars, and we’re as crazy about them as you are. We love driving the cars we sell, and we love the people that own and drive them. It’s all part of our ambition to be the best, most high-performance dealer. Our continuous growth has created tremendous employment opportunities, as well as room for our current employees to grow within our organization. In addition to a fast-paced, exciting environment that rewards the entrepreneurial spirit, we offer excellent pay plans, benefits packages for full-time employees, professional training and development, and advancement opportunities throughout our dealer group. We strongly believe in growth from within. This means that most of our management team has come through the ranks from every department – whether that be sales, service, or parts – and knows the business inside-out. Our culture and beliefs are embedded in this group of leaders.

Partners With Our Community

At Mills Auto Group we strive to be much more than a business. We are partners with our community and as an employee, you will get a chance to give back as well. We partner with many local organizations, charities and events with the goal of supporting our local community and the less fortunate. We help first generations college students with the Support Future Leaders Scholarhip, we support the Boys and Girls Club, the 100 Black Men Program & Wounded Warrior Project and we also participate in Degrees @ Work.

Degrees @ Work partners with Strayer University to help provide a no-cost education to our employees! Depending on the selected program of study, courses will range from business administration and accounting to education, information systems, and other areas. Courses will be offered online with 24/7 access for employee flexibility around work schedules, as well as at Strayer's campus locations throughout the United States. Credit will be offered to dealers' employees for training and work experience to accelerate completion of a degree program.
