Our non-union status allows us to treat each employee as an individual and to deal directly with our employees rather than through a third party who has no real stake in Modern.

We take philanthropy seriously and firmly believe that every dollar donated should have maximum impact in helping non-profits, schools, and civic groups either build capacity, increase participation, or grow awareness.
We want to be good stewards of the money we donate and we require our partners to be good stewards as well. Modern Automotive has over 150 on-going partnerships and grants nearly 300 gifts to existing and new partners each year.
