Our Mission

It is our vision to be the best support system that eases pain for families going through the challenges of caring for their declining loved ones. We also work to facilitate opportunities for compassionate caregivers to work with those families and fulfill the dream for seniors to stay home affordably and safely with assistance. 

Our leadership team consists of compassionate and caring experts in senior care with well over 50 years of combined experience.

Having experienced all levels of care needs for clients during our years working in assisted living facilities, home care agencies, home health agencies and skilled nursing facilities, we have a clear understanding of what it takes to make a Professional Care Match.​

​Leah, CHLC, SMC, CWC, RM … Creator of the Mind Health Coach Program (an international radio show aired as a podcast and traditional radio in 136 countries). ​Leah is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (Certification Number:  231094005) by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Leah is also a certified Chopra Instructor specializing in Ayurveda, having trained under Dr. Deepak Chopra and 4 other physicians that are consider the world’s top Ayurvedic experts. She is also certified in Corporate Wellness, Stress Management, is a Holistic Life Coach and teaches life enriching techniques such as various meditation styles, Pranayama Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique and other mindfulness approaches to improving lifestyle. Leah has been sharing this knowledge with the medical community for over 10 years.  Along with health and wellness coaching, she is certified in Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique-tapping) and Practical Yoga.
 

She has also established the following programs:

Leah has also facilitated meditation classes at the University of Massachusetts Second Half Learning Center and conducted many CEU programs for the medical community. She conducts corporate trainings, speaking engagements, workshops and individual sessions online, in person, and for events/retreats at many venues!

Leah is also considered an expert in the area of caregiver stress and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP 251855) by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.  She helps those affected to cope and employ strategies that assist them in gaining a sense of peace with what they are experiencing in the present moment. 

This moment is all we have...the past is over and the future is not here yet, so being mindful of every moment and how you are perceiving what is happening in your environment and to your being is so critical to how you are experiencing life and preserving it.  How you perceive your precious moments is what motivates you to choose what your next step will be towards your future.
