• Hourly & Live-In - Per Diem
• Long term and short term assignments are available. 
• Appropriate PPE will be provided, along with the most up to date infection control training.

Currently, serving homes in Acushnet, Assonet, Attleboro, Berkley, Bourne, Buzzards Bay, Dartmouth, Dighton, East Falmouth, East Freetown, East Taunton, East Wareham, Fairhaven, Fall River, Falmouth, Freetown, Lakeville, Marion, Mattapoisett, Middleboro, New Bedford, North Dartmouth, Plymouth County, Raynham, Rehoboth, Rochester, Seekonk, South Dartmouth, Somerset, Swansea, Taunton, Wareham, West Wareham, Westport and Woods Hole. We provide Live-In Care in all of Massachusetts.

All care staff must have professional experience in one of the following:

• Caregiving, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA),
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) 
• 4 Stage Interview Process -Must pass Infection Control Course
• Background Checks (State and National)
• References checked - Random Drug Testing - Caregiving Skills Assessment  -Personality Assessment - Meal Preparation/Cooking Skills Assessment

Responsibilities

• Follow Plan of Care designed by agency for clients, assist with personal hygiene-bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care requirement;  Assistance with all activities of daily living
• Bathroom assistance, Incontinence care, Ambulation assistance, Hospice support care
• Assist in planning meals, cook/prepare meals and snacks; Make sure clients get medications on time-document and notify agency of missed medications; Inform agency of incidents or uncommon occurrences
• Act calmly and swiftly during an emergency
• Light housekeeping in main living areas-dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing surfaces, disinfecting in common areas and bathrooms

Requirements

• Prior experience as a caregiver or personal care assistant (2 plus years-certified nurse, home health aide preferred)
• Great communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety standards
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs regularly
• CNA, HHA, PCA certification preferred
• A valid drivers license
• Must be dedicated, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of the elderly
• Pre-Employment/Random drug testing
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must Complete All Covid-19 Training and Must Follow Protocols Put in Place.
