Shea Duncan joined the dealership in 2011 as a Salesman with no experience in Sales. After a few weeks on the job, we immediately knew that he was made for something bigger at the dealership so we put him through some product training and certification classes over the course of the next year and a half. He was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager in 2013, and then to Finance Manager in 2015, and was just promoted to Sales Manager in February of 2017.
His progression is not uncommon at Poway Auto Group, as over 85% of our sales management team began their careers with us as salespeople. The training we provide is geared to give every employee the ability to move up and reach their maximum potential.
