We started out at the bottom too. Working at our first A/C job for $5.25/hr. insulating refrigerant piping and digging ditches on a construction site day after day. It wasn't what we wanted, but it was a start in the industry. With passing years, training, practice, effort and taking lots of risks things got better, and better.
