David came to the US as a young boy and he was raised primarily by his mother as he worked his way through grade school. As a young adult he was trying to find his way. After a little time, he was introduced to PROTOCOOL. At that time he didn't have much. No job, no car, not even a mobile phone (unless you count the one he borrowed from his mom). He was hired as a lead generator and worked for us in a home improvement store. With time, he helped with lead coordination and he was taught more about the HVAC trade before doing quality assurance checks on completed installations. With more training on duct leakage testing, home performance and sales, he became a Comfort Consultant for us! Today, as a adult with a promising career, he helps our clients live in greater safety and comfort. Serving others this way has become a satisfying way of life for David.
