All applicants are vetted by a select pre-screening process as well as a State of Maine and Federal Criminal Background Check. The majority of our caregivers are CNA’s, CHHA’s or PSS’s that are certified by the State of Maine. Silver Lining Corp. mandates that ALL its employees be certified within their first year of employment.
