Our Team
Silver Lining Home Care offers a variety of services to all of our clients depending on their individual needs. We do our best to match each client with a caregiver that has expertise with the level of care outlined in the care plan that the client and Silver Lining have agreed upon. These services include but are not limited to the following:
Personal Support Specialist/CNA: Our professional staff provides care for individuals who are ill, elderly or need assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, cooking, transferring and light housekeeping. We also assist with changing sterile dressings along with noninvasive wound care as instructed by a nurse or agency supervisor, medication reminders, and looking after the safety and well-being of each client.
Companion Care: This service allows the caregiver to have one-on-one interaction with each client that does not require full support with daily living. The caregiver is there to provide the client with companionship as well as transportation to and from medical appointments, grocery stores, and pharmacies, as well as with any other errands.
Homemaker: This service is similar to Companion Care in that it allows the caregiver to be available for the aforementioned as well as perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparations.
