Each of our stores are highly involved in their local communities. That has been our philosophy to create repeat and referral relationships since day 1. Our group began in 2005 with our owner Mario Hernandez. We adopted a lot of our philosophies from our original business partner Jim Parker of Parker Toyota. With Teton Toyota of Idaho Falls being our first flagship store. When we started we had around 35 employees.
Mario’s dedication to the team is evident in all operations through running a principle-based company.

Zac started as a Lot Attendant while he was in High School. He worked for us until he went to the Marines for 5 years. After returning to Idaho falls he returned to the team and spent a year working as a Service Advisor. After having a tremendous amount of success, we moved him into a supervisory role to manage our Express Maintenance Department.

Shandie Stoddart has been with Teton Auto Group for 8 years. She has been in our accounting office doing accounts payable/receivable for many years and has increased her income and job quality by her dedication to her team and willingness to grow in her role.

Brandon Johnson started in 2006 as a Lube Technician. He has over the past 14 years earned his ASE certifications in which Teton Toyota helped him pay for. He is also a Certified Toyota technician and a team leader in our shop. He has done this by his great dedication to his craft and eagerness to be more. His income potential has grown as well from being an hourly lube tech to becoming a flat rate technician has provided many opportunities for him and his family.
Chase has been in Teton Toyota for 7 years. He started out as a part time lot attendant. After graduating from high school he wanted more opportunity in the automotive field so he was hired on as a porter. He was in that role for some time then became and express service advisor then shortly after that he was our youngest repair advisor for Teton Toyota. He has been highly successful and hits been great to see him grow in his role. Chase is great mentor to the younger generations out there that you can earn a great living in Idaho Falls and work your way up by just being a leader and good work ethic!
